Deema Al-Shawa Pleads with Pres-Elect Obama to End the Attack on Gaza
In light of Israel's invasion of Gaza, our Palestinian partner sent me this heartfelt letter expressing her pain about the death of innocent people, yet remaining optimistic about a fresh start with President-Elect Obama.
"Habibti Elza,
After reading your letter to Obama and while watching the news about Gaza today, I felt like sending something to Obama too, by using the alphabets of the word PALESTINE.

P. President Obama, Dear "Abu Hussien" that's how we call you in the Middle East.
A. An Action by you would make a historical difference! Your words: "CHANGE HAS COME TO AMERICA!" brought back our lost hopes & faith in the change that might come to the Middle East, through a better American political policy.
L. Let Peace Rule the Globe and bring back the missing justice.
E. Encourage our Palestinian vision for a better future & development, Palestinian young people are educated enough to handle it very well.
S. Save our hungry poor children in Gaza and millions will pray for you. Save them from the unjustified non-stop Israeli harm and the non-sensed political conflicts. Dear Mr. President in our Palestinian case, supporting the basic human rights by such a leader like you, will be remarked with a golden line in history.
T. Time has come for us to be treated as humans! It's almost 2009, 60 years of an unfair war, enough of erasing and neglecting our harmless Palestinian identity, kindly support our people, we do exist and we have rights. African Americans had suffered for years but today while celebrating your presidency HOPE is back! Justice will come after all to Palestine.
I. Initiating action for Cultural emergence in the Middle East by Enhancing "the Center for Human Emergence" through its SDI needed mission, will definitely help the US administration in implementing a better political, social and economical international transformation. Dr. Don Beck and CEO Elza Malouf our American Heroes will help you as much as they helped us, if you just give them the chance.

All I can say is when I read this my mind goes to mush , and I continue to hope that someday someway their will be light , and love for these beautiful children.
These children need tough, clear and powerful constellations of change. On a large global scale. Its a pity how weak , headless and confuse most of change processes in Mideast are.
Without a profound understanding of Natural Design AND focused, powerful, sustainable and bold action, without integral strategies and mastery of vmemetic change nothing will be transformed.
Leadership is in demand which covers every dimension.
I here you as I worked with children from many countries , and they had been tortured , and I had to be tough , and powerful , yet I gave them my love and respect too.
A lot of people , just can not understand or have the right strategies to work with these young children .
Yes, I see what this is about , and like I said my mind goes to mush.
Then , I just know that nothing will transform if I keep my mind set like this.
Yet , I am a true leader that has very deverse, dynamics ,and can work with many dimensions Sir.

They are looking for fresh ideas, maybe they need a fresh person that knows nothing about their world so they can live a better life.
Have they developed the Palestinian Systemic Development map?
If so what steps have they done to put this in place, and do the have a solid bridge that can withhold a huge impact for change?
Ask them.
CHE is working full speed ahead. With yet limited ressources as most projects at the edge.
However they have the best design process I know worldwide. And certainly some of the most committed persons on the planet.
Yes, you are clever!
We may be able to help each other in ways that we do not know yet!
Again:
its not about cleverness.
its about the Natural Design Process.
Took me many years to get it clear.
No mediation, meditation, form of crisis managment, diplomacy, conflict modeling, humanitarian help or dozens of other conventional intervention.
No think tank, organization, institution, science institute, political or cultural group can provide this kind of work right now.
I am sorry , I said the wrong words , please forgive me.
So I think I follow you Albert, is this just something that happens within ,your heart , mind , and soul ,and will it guide this natural design process to where it needs to be designed?

Does this just happen , and it all will be designed ,and if you are apart of the natural process the designs will be given to you.

Of course it is conected to heart, mind and soul!
However, real sustainable change in structures, systems, cities, communities, countries and cultures require more. A most profound understadning of complex adaptive intelligencies. This is kind of know how which needs at least to be mastered. And it requires the whole person. With all facettes.
Its no simple idealism, enthusiasm, light enrgy or “follow your bliss” ma´ntra.
its more.
And it requires collaboration, meshworking in most complex constellations of life conditions.
Inside AND outside. Personal AND collective.
its very, very demanding.
I understand what you say, Albert , as know person is alike, and what works with one may or will not work with another. Again to touch on the word Cleaver , the smartest people in the world may never have what this takes.
Yes, it is very demanding yet this , needs to be put in place and in action to enter the circles of all faiths, and cultures , so that we can mesh , and be one.
Until this happens nothing will be done, and the world will spiral to an end of sorrow.
I for one will not let that happen.

Yet , somethingin me feels when see this, I think , is there time to really make these leaders in some of these countries change?
If so it has to be done very soon.
If not what is plan ( B)?
If you follow sports there always has to have more ideas more ways to come up with a solution on how the team will win.
With what we are talking is life vs death.
I do not know anything about this, yet if plan ( A ) does not work then they must leave , and live within peace.
I will be back to tell you how my plan A went for me, and talk deeper on this subject.
Well I had to go with plan B , The New Year , and a new move , leaving where we have been for 9 years , and uprooting , and moving . We adapt as we have too.
I still need to read more , just saying sometimes when people are in a space that is draing them they need to move on they need to uproot , and change is starting a fresher look on life.
As I am not to sure if this women will ever ever get through to some of these people. Yet maybe their is something…
UNLESS our leaders awaken to the stages of social development and then ACT upon their responsibilities, “plan B” will BE the ONLY appropriate course of ACTION for those of our species who do survive, to ensure the continuation of the independent interdependence of ALL LIFE on our planet …

I am just going through this slowly , as it is much information , and I want to look at it all , and see what I get from this:

Yes, they weave together , and help redesign many things , and topics.
Yet, how many designers are there?
There are so many diverse avenues , can one designer facilitate , all factors?
Or do they branch out in their own expertice?
Yes, Bluewater the golden ticket of dreams, we all need to believe…
Okay , designers , again here , can we do this here ?
Could we get the resources, and train certain people ?
Also their are other ways, and also inregards to cultures, etc. this is a effective tool, although, there are other things that must be looked at, if this is going to be of true value.
We also have to have a better way of communicating too.
Also I believe a building here is named Tony Blair.
The music of LIFE IS indeed the language of GOD, and proof positive of the existence of GOD.
The power of LOVE IS the glue which binds together the 4 fundamental forces of the multiverse of parallel universes, such that the multiplicity of diverse
interpretations and mis-interpretations of quantum level observations,
space/time and spirituality might be reconciled and bound together as ONE.
The manifestation of PEACE on EARTH will surely BE the populist acceptance, by ALL the peoples of the world, of the principles of responsibility, values and appropriate ACTIONS espoused by a ”musical” of the NEW ORDER genre.
NOT an OLD ORDER genre that “speaks” to the “isms” of East or West, North or South, but a NEW ORDER genre that speaks to ALL the peoples of the globe, with the SAME MESSAGE and in such a way that the exoteric mind-set becomes the esoteric mind-set of the NEW ORDER ENVIRONMENT.
JUST contemplate, deliberate and reflect on ALL of THIS and we shall talk further of ACTION and NON-ACTION and when best to start.
