January 2008 Issue of Integral Leadership: The Netherlands

Posted on Jan 12th, 2008 by Albert : Warrior Albert
The new issue of ILR has a special focus on Netherlands, the land of tulips and windmills..)As I grew up and lived the first 25 yeas of my life in  North Rhine Westphalia, the largest federal state in Gemany, which shares borders with NL, I have a certain felt connection with NL. When training JUdo since my 10th birthday, there were two Dutch Guys who were my heroes in a very concrete sense.

Anton Geesink and Wim Ruska. Both Top World Champions and the first Europeans who did beat in this time the Japanese who lead the fields of tournament Judo for decades. So I consider these two Dutch Gentlemen as early pioneers of Leadership in NL.):)

I enjoyed especially the jovial reflections of Keith Bellamy about the Summer 1974. Thinking about Dutch football Innovations in this time:):)

BTW: Lots of Brits in this issue..making impact in NL....Will think about German speaking sphere in this regards:):) as I know the father of Russ was a German too.):)

See also this video-Clip:

Don Beck in Netherlands 2006

Especially: 3.43 -4.35

Thats the time when the audience stood up and they did sing the National Anthem of NL  together. I want this event for Germany too. As Don Beck initiated this it -this very special minute - was and is an example of living Spiral Wizardship in action...
